  4. curapod-m.com will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or any of the products offered, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
  5. curapod-m.com only facilitates the sale of products between the Vendor and the Buyer and does not directly or indirectly sell or retail any products.
  6. curapod-m.com expressly disclaims any warranties, whether express or implied, about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, quality, continuity, performance, lack of viruses or other harmful components, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services and related graphics contained within the curapod-m.com sites or services for any purpose. All such information, software, products, services and related graphics are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
  7. curapod-m.com hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to this service, software, products, services and related graphics, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, title and non-infringement.
  8. curapod-m.com shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of users’ transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received, or any transactions entered into through the curapod-m.com site or service.
  9. curapod-m.com is not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any other party or any infringement of another’s rights, including intellectual property rights.
  10. curapod-m.com is not responsible for any content sent using or included in a curapod-m.com site or service by any third party.
  11. Advice received via the curapod-m.com sites or services should not be relied upon for personal, medical, legal or financial decisions. You should consult an appropriate professional for specific advice tailored to your situation.
  12. The app uses Bluetooth to discover and connect to your Curapod-M device. On Android 11 and older, Android requires location permission before it will return Bluetooth scan results. The app uses this permission solely to find your Curapod-M device during pairing. The app does not use GPS, determine your geographic location, or collect, store, transmit or share location data. On Android 12 and above, the app uses the dedicated Bluetooth scan permission and does not request location permission.
  13. curapod-m.com retains personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining account security, complying with statutory obligations and meeting other applicable requirements. The retention period may vary depending on the nature of the information and applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Once the information is no longer required, curapod-m.com will securely delete, anonymize or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable laws.
  14. You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly in the app. Open Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your account, profile and health-related data—including cycle information, therapy session history and pain logs—from our servers and cannot be undone. If you are unable to access the app, email support@litemed.co.in from your registered email address with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will verify your identity, complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm it by email. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before permanent removal. We may retain limited information where required by law to meet statutory obligations, resolve disputes or protect our legal rights.
